Hello folks, we're pleased to announce another build of the Final Battleground, containing one new feature and a few bug fixes.

New feature: definitions - see definitions help on the wiki to learn about this fun feature!

Changelog follows:

- Gatherer: added new feature 'definitions'
- Gatherer: added !defset
- Gatherer: added ? and * definition triggers
- Gatherer: added '!fadmin definfo' and '!fadmin defdel'
- Gatherer: changed server info reloading to be less vicious
- Gatherer: added !fadmin defon and !fadmin defoff to temporarily enable/disable defs for the map.
- ACP: added options for disabling definitions, changing who can set definitions and ability to "link" servers together to use the same definitions
- Server: added list of global definitions and server definitions

Bug fixes

- Gatherer: changed colour of server-wide notices to a lighter green (depending on server plug-in)
- Clan: fix for inviting with an expiry date set
- added VAT rates to country information
- Profile: changed recent visitors to a week (instead of two)
- fixed problem with detecting culture if not logged in (previously defaulted to en-US)
- Battleground: some minor Opera 9.5 fixes (but there are still problems with this browser)
- fixed garbage appearing when an error occurs in the web site
- Clan: fixed "ages ago" founded date (thanks Katanalx)
