Demonic Gaming own and operate: www.finalbattleground.com ("Final Battleground").  In addition to this, Demonic Gaming own other domain names which are considered to be either directly or indirectly associated with Final Battleground that may be redirected to the home page and/or content-specific pages or sub-sites of Final Battleground.

Demonic Gaming may add new sites in the future that will not be listed in this document but they will provide a link to this Privacy Policy and will be governed by its terms.

Collection of and Use of Information and Data from Children

* Children Under The Age of 13
Demonic Gaming does not provide web sites or services to children under the age of 13 and will not knowingly collect, maintain or disclose any personally identifiable information or data on any persons under the age of 13.  If you are under the age of 13, you may not create an account on any of our websites, you may not purchase or sign up for any form of products, services or communications and you are not eligible to enter any promotions or competitions that we may run. 

* Children Between The Ages of 13 and 18
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, Demonic Gaming ask that you let your parent or guardian know about this policy and get their permission before you submit any of your personal identifiable information or data, before you use any of our message boards or chat features, before you sign up to any of our websites or services provided and before you purchase anything from Demonic Gaming.  If you win a promotion, contest, prize or competition that includes any form of physical product as a reward, Demonic Gaming require that your parent or guardian mails us a signed letter to the address specifically indicated in the competition details that you had their consent to enter and will accept the reward on your behalf.

Do not post your real name on a web site or message board and never post or discuss with anyone online any private details about yourself or your family, including contact details such as your address or phone number.  When addressing yourself, you must keep to an alias or screen name at all times.

Demonic Gaming encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to become familiar with their interests in the internet including how they interact with our websites and services. Demonic Gaming does not collect personal information and data from you, unless you provide it to us voluntarily.  In order to access some of the services and websites provided by Demonic Gaming, you may choose to create an account. When creating an account you may be asked to provide personal information such as your e-mail address, name, address or telephone number. Should you decide to provide us with personal information; it will only be collected to fulfill your requests and the legitimate business objectives of Demonic Gaming.
