Player Rules of Conduct

The following rules of conduct are applicable to all players that connect to a game server recognised by finalbattleground.com. Failure to act responsibly and comply with these rules may, at the discretion of Demonic Gaming who are the owners of finalbattleground.com, result in the suspension, termination, deletion or modification of your finalbattleground.com account. It is your responsibility to check if a server you connect to is officially recognised by finalbattleground.com before carrying out any action that may result in a breach of these rules.

* You will not under any circumstances act in a manner not in keeping with the spirit of the game. You will not carry out, attempt or facilitate others with the use of any form of cheat, exploit or bug, including but not limited to: aim-bots, wall-hacks, speed hacks, customized graphics and sounds or any other form of hack, modification or enhancement that would grant a player directly or indirectly with an unnatural or unintended benefit (realised or not) of any kind or alter the game in any way from its original design. Upon witnessing the use of or discovering the existence of any exploit or bug you will report it immediately to abuse@finalbattleground.com. You will not engage in or assist others in the exploitation of any game mechanics to artificially increase your score including but not limited to stats-harvesting or stats-padding.

* You may not threaten or harass other players in any form while online or offline, inside or outside of a game server or through the use of any website or service operated by Demonic Gaming.

* You may not engage in any threatening, abusive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, harmful, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive communication or behavior.

* You will not directly or indirectly participate in the violation of any local, national or international law or regulation from the location you are playing from.

* You are solely responsible for any communications or actions carried out by you or any party using your account.

* You may not to advertise any products, services, companies or websites.

* You will not engage in any form of disruptive play including but not limited to excessive text spamming, text flooding, deliberately harming or consistently blocking and hindering players on the same team.

* You will not impersonate any employee of Demonic Gaming or administrator of finalbattleground.com past or present, including any Customer Support personnel.  

* You completely understand that Demonic Gaming and its employees, affiliates and officials take no responsibility for the actions of game server owners or other users connecting to a game server you play on.

* Any dispute between you and any particular game server or server administrators are strictly between you and the owners and authorised administrators of that server and finalbattleground.com has no obligation or responsibility to monitor or resolve any such disputes.  

* In the unlikely event that you should you observe any form of abuse or exploitation of privileges by the owner or an administrator of a game server you may contact abuse@finalbattleground.com. Finalbattleground.com makes no guarantee that it will take action against a server owner or administrator; however allegations that are formally raised with supporting evidence are taken very seriously.

* It is your responsibility to ensure that any game servers you play on are officially recognised by finalbattleground.com.

* Demonic Gaming retains the right to exclude or modify any statistics, bonuses or rewards awarded at any time and during any period of play on a game server recognised by finalbattleground.com.

* Demonic Gaming retains the right to modify or update this document at any time and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the latest version. 

* Failure to comply with the rules of conduct will result in a disciplinary action where the severity of that action will depend on the specific nature of the offence, as well as the number of current or previous offences committed if more than one.  Disciplinary actions enforced by game server owners and administrators include kicking or banning your account from connecting to that server.  Disciplinary actions enforced by finalbattleground.com cannot be appealed and include temporary and permanent suspensions and where necessary the complete termination of your account or any account deemed by Demonic Gaming to be associated to you without compensation or liability on the part of us for any losses or future losses in any form incurred by you.  

* In the event that you wish to raise or continue a dispute of any kind with finalbattleground.com, Demonic Gaming and its affiliates or officials, your sole course of resolution is to terminate your account or stop using the services provided. 

* Following a period of suspension or termination of your account, either by your own choice or as form of disciplinary action against you, any outstanding credits for your account will remain inaccessible and non-refundable.
